We’re Aditi Paul (Aditi) and Steven John Clements (Steve), friends and co-founders of Travel Beyond Co., where our mission is simple: Educate, Explore, Empower.
We believe the world itself is the best classroom. Having worked together for years in the educational sector, we’ve seen how stepping outside the classroom can ignite curiosity, broaden perspectives, and make learning truly unforgettable.
Our journey began with organizing educational trips abroad. With first-hand experience, the trust of our supporters, and positive feedback from students and teachers, we realized there was a need for international travel that is enriching, structured, and stress-free. Our aim is to help students explore, enjoy, and learn to the fullest, while teachers focus on guiding and inspiring—without worrying about logistics.

Aditi has dedicated her career to education across cultures and continents. She began her academic journey in India, later moving to Prague a decade ago to pursue her doctoral studies at Charles University. Aditi has lectured at universities in India and taught in schools in the Czech Republic, bringing a global perspective to her teaching. She also works as Foreign Trips Coordinator at her school, blending her love of travel with her passion for learning. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and an M.A. in English (Gold Medalist) from the University of Kota (Rajasthan). Based in Prague, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Steve is a native of London who brings exceptional breadth and depth of experience to everything he does. After a successful 30-year career as a Senior Finance Manager with a global corporation, where leadership and people management were central to his role, he transitioned into education, driven by his passion for helping students grow. Steve has taught English to students of all ages, from young learners to adults, and has served as Head of English Studies, designing creative, interactive, and effective learning experiences that help students build confidence and a deeper understanding of the world around them. He lives in Prague with his family and enjoys swimming in his free time.
Together, Aditi and Steve combine years of educational insight, travel experience, and organizational expertise to design trips that truly make a difference.
